I accidentally deleted/lost my email!

No worries! You can get your order email sent to you again via this link.

Is there a download limit or will my download link expire?

Yes, there is a 3x limit to your downloads but your download link will not expire.

However, this does NOT mean you can’t make multiple copies (for personal use) once you’ve downloaded your printable. If you want to print 20 copies of your daily planner– you can absolutely do that!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Stripe and through PayPal. You don’t have to use money from your PayPal account to pay for your order. You can also pay via credit card through PayPal.

Or use your credit card directly at Checkout.

How will I receive my printable(s)?

Upon completed payment, you will be sent to a page (in SendOwl) where you will be able to download your printable via download link.

Additionally, an email will also be sent to you with your download link. If you don’t get this email, wait 20 minutes, then check your email’s spam folder (the email will come from [email protected]).

Can I download my purchases on my mobile device?

I do not recommend downloading on mobile as it can be difficult to extract the files if you aren’t familiar with where your downloads are stored on your device.

You will receive an email from SendOwl (the company I use to distribute my printables) and there will be a link to the download inside.

You can purchase from mobile without a problem— it’s downloading onto mobile where some people have an issue.

Can I sell my purchased files to someone else?

All printables on MomManagingChaos.com are copyrighted and for personal use only.

Do not re-distribute, re-sell, or attempt to profit from the printables. Do not attempt to claim copyrights to the printables.

Do you offer refunds or accept returns?

Because we sell digital items, it’s not really possible to return a purchase. So for this reason, we do not offer refunds/returns.

However, if you notice something wrong with your purchased file(s) within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at Kristen [at] MomManagingChaos.com.

We absolutely want to address any technical issues , and if we are unable to fix it, we will issue you a refund once that determination has been made.

The issue must be related to the file(s) (like corrupted files or missing parts), and not to software or hardware on your system.

Before you make your purchase, please read the product details in full to ensure you have compatible software and to ensure that you understand fully what you are purchasing.

I’m from the EU and can’t purchase anything from your shop.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but due to tax complexities involved with collecting and paying VAT, Mom Managing Chaos Shop is currently not open to any EU countries at this time.

Google Sheet Templates

If you purchased access to Google Sheet templates: when you click the link to the template, go to “File” > select “Make a Copy” and that will create a new editable/customizable copy for you in a new window.

Printing FAQs

How should I print my printable?

If you purchased a worksheets. planners, checklists, etc. regular printer paper is fine.

For cash envelopes or decorative printables, I recommend using card stock or a heavier weight paper.
